It is unsettling to think too much about what confessing the love and hope of Jesus can bring. And yet, we are called to bear him and bring him to people with whom we live and work trusting that the Holy Spirit is at work in our words and ways. We are called to trust that He will see us through our life’s journey to the life in the new city of God with all the other faithful witnesses to his grace and power.
