“We find ourselves at home in the vineyard this morning. The way we find the meaning of Easter is to hear words from the God who achieved it for us. Today we hear Jesus speaking to his troubled friends as they head out into the dark olive grove or Gethsemane only to hear a word about another green plant they know well and depend upon – grape vines.
