Funerals

We view it as a privilege to be invited to share in this very significant time in a family’s life and do all we can to help families negotiate the many things that need to be done when some they love dies.

We work with the funeral director of the family’s choosing to ensure that the funeral service is one of dignity, remembrance and farewell.

HOW: The funeral directors will consult with St Petri concerning availability and timing of the funeral and we do all we can to serve the family in this respect.

When you have met with the funeral director and (or before), book in to meet with the pastor to plan the funeral.

We aim to help you plan the Service and we offer catering in our St Petri hall for after-service refreshments. There is a menu we offer.

COST: there is a cost sheet we provide that tells you what various aspects of the funeral service may cost, depending on what the family wish to include.
